Rūgpienių kaimo products are baked of whole-grain flour. Whole-grain wheat flour is useful not only for being rich with easily assimilated carbohydrates, but also dietary fibres, vitamins and minerals. Natural honey provides the ginger biscuit with the special, characteristic taste and flavour. Ginger biscuits are made using only specific 82% fat butter and eggs.
